When people ask about our hybrid model, I often find myself talking about our values instead. Because the model wasn’t the starting point. The values were. We value strong family-school connection, so we created space for parents to remain actively involved in their child’s learning. We value the whole child, so we prioritize not only academic growth, but social, emotional, and spiritual development as well. We value meeting individual needs, so we keep our class sizes small and relationships at the center. We value high-quality instruction, so our in-person days are intentionally focused on strong core academics. We value curiosity, ownership, and meaningful learning, so students continue learning through projects, reading, and experiences at home. We value a culture shaped by relationships, collaboration, and Gospel values. The hybrid model is simply one way of living those values out.
